Once you place your order, we are immediately notified of your order. If payment has gone through without any problems that require us to contact you, we will enter the order into Woodstone's system and they dispatch your new serial number via the email address you entered during the order process. During normal US business hours - Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm Central Time, this process usually takes about half an hour. Please keep in mind, Servers Alive's publisher, Woodstone Consulting is located in Belgium, and as such, the time difference can be an issue at times.
